Are the training courses OSHA certfifed?

OSHA does not, and never has, certified courses offered by any training provider, as it is not within their remit to do so. All our online training courses exceed the compliance standards outlined in the related OSHA standard.

The training doesn’t open/run

Please note that the online training opens in a ‘lightbox’ – this doesn’t mean a new window, rather an overlay window of the current browser window or tab. This could be affected by the use of pop-up blockers on the site so please disable pop-up blockers for the www.staycertified.co domain before you begin the training.

I forgot my password

Just click here or follow the link on the login page. You’ll be directed to a page where you can enter the email address that you used to sign up. Once you submit, your password will be sent to you via email.

Will you send certificates by mail?

We do not send certificates in the mail. After successfully completing the course, your employees will be awarded a certificate in PDF format with a unique verifiable certificate code. How do I Print/View my certificate?

When you have successfully completed a course, your certificate and printable wallet card can be accessed immediately. Available  certificates can be viewed by accessing the Account page and clicking the View Certificate button next to a course  

Are the courses OSHA compliant?

All our courses are developed in alignment with the applicable OSHA standard. The courses actually contain additional information, content, and related statistics above and beyond that required by the OSHA standard.

When does my certificate expire?

The certification expires according to the rules of the applicable OSHA standard, please check your waller card certificate for the expiration date.

Internet and data requirements

Our courses do contain media content that requires a reasonably fast internet connection. Cable, DSL or above 512mpbs data connections work best. Dial-up speeds will usually be too slow to maximize the learning experience, you can still take the course it just may take a minute or two for each lesson to load in the …
